Water Rebirth, Watsu and Woga
Using the primordial element of water, I practice different healing disciplines:
Rebirth is not a physical manipulation but rather a spiritual and emotional journey through the inner-self. I will accompany you in a deep state of calmness and stillness using shamanic breath-work and theta waves techniques.
Watsu is a passive physical therapy that gently cradles, moves, stretches, and massages you in chest-deep warm water.
It combines elements of muscle stretching, joint mobilization, massage, Shiatsu and deep relaxation.
Woga is the union of Water and Yoga. Through the combination of different asanas (body stretches), supported by the water, you will achieve a deep mental and physical relaxation, releasing stress in the muscles and in the mind.
The sessions are in a private and confidential pool, temperature regulated at 34.5 degrees, at my home where you can completely relax and achieve maximum effect.
I am certified Level 2 practitioner, from IS Watsu.
